Office hours

All camping guests must register and pay all fees at the office before parking in any spot. The office is located inside the entrance gate, to your right.

Check-in & check-out

Unless prior arrangements are made with the office. Management reserves the right to reassign lots at their discretion.

Rates & cancellations

• No stay costs more than the site's monthly rate, per month. A stay that would otherwise add up to more than a month's rate is charged the monthly rate; longer stays are charged by the month.
• Electric is not included in the monthly rate. On any booking charged at the monthly rate — including a shorter stay that reached the cap — electric is read at the meter and settled separately at the office. Nightly and weekly rates include electric.
• Not every site is rented by every term. Some are available by the month only; the booking page shows the rates each site is actually offered at.
• Cancelling a booking that was charged at the monthly rate — including a shorter stay that reached the cap — carries a $100 service fee. Everything else paid is refunded.
• Cancelling any other booking carries a service fee of 11.11% of the amount charged. The rest is refunded.
